Welcome!
The primary purpose of INN 2 is to promote inter-agency or community collaboration related to mental health services, for those at risk of or experiencing trauma. The seven strategies associated with this project will serve as the method for developing community capacity for addressing trauma across the lifespan. The 7 strategies are outlined below.

The key components of this transformative process include:
Building shared community values, which utilize the wisdom and experiences of individuals in your communities.
Service Area Advisory Committees (SAAC) function as a local community forum and are a beneficial resource.
Developing local leadership, so leadership capacity can spread from the agencies to the community. This process is key for sustainability.
Lead agencies will establish themselves as change agents within the community.
Participants shared several ways to create collective will as change agents.
